For deliveries within Germany and within Austria, we charge the following flat-rate shipping costs, unless the customer makes use of his right of withdrawal:
Germany:
- Standard shipping (delivery 1-3 working days): For an order value of up to €200 the amount is 9.00 EUR
- Standard shipping Free (delivery 1-3 working days): from an order value of €200
EU International:
- Standard shipping (delivery 2 - 4 working days): For an order value of up to €300 the amount 15.00 EUR
- Standard shipping Free (delivery 2 - 4 working days): from an order value of €300

Within Germany, the return label is included. Please contact us from outside of Germany to receive a return label or for any other question men@stereo-muc.de
We expressly point out that we are not obliged to take back goods where the refund label has been removed or damaged.
