Their 100 year-old label which is inside their jackets, and has been on LMSM´s advers since the 30s, is the jacket’s proof of authenticity. As LMSM´s ads used to say “Beware of imitations!” : know you know!
It has all the core features of a traditional work jacket: a straight fit, three patch pockets, a French button placket with natural corozo buttons, it’s unlined, lapped seams with two-needle stitching to make it really hard-wearing. On the inside of our work jackets you’ll find a hand-numbered label which makes it really unique.
Le Mont Saint Michels Work Jacket has been entirely conceived and designed in their botanic HQ in Brittany, and carefully & passionately made by our factory partner. They got the fabric from one of the last moleskin weaver in France. Their workshops have all been audited by independent organizations and they regularly check the quality of working conditions and environmental standards of their partners.
